I've just ordered the same Axminster Perform CCD12L that you have. Best of all they have discounted the price so I've paid £39 for it rather than £52

Also discounted is the 12S model (as reviewed in the forum) down from £41 to £29.

Of course there are limitations but the Perform range is excellent value for money; with the current discounts it's outstanding, I think.

I'm sure it will. It's good to know that someone else has bought the machine and is happy with it. Sure its got limitations but for a hobby woodworker like myself it's hard to justify spending megabucks when for £39 I can get something that fulfills 90% plus of my requrements.

The Perform CCD12L turned up on Friday as promised so yesterday I assembled the machine as per the instructions, plugged it in and nothing. Dead as a dodo :evil: :evil:
