paslode im250ali

have a problem, I brought a paslode IM250ALI from Australia as I was living there and it worked fine.
I have since moved back to England and the gas fitting in the gun only fits the white part of the gas nozzle, not the red one we have over here. Does anyone know if the American gas has a white tip on the gas canister or a red one the same as ours

Not really sure. But could it be a different type of gas to suit the different climates?
