Anyone come across Ozito tools?

I believe Homebase has been bought out by an Aussie chain and they are now selling Ozito.

Just had a look online at this:

http://www.homebase.co.uk/en/homebaseuk ... 00u-389376

It looks like it's got a metal chuck? Specs seem good (Brushless and 55nm) and it's only £75 bare tool and, and it's got a 5yr guarantee.

I wonder if they are good but priced low to build up the brand?

Co started in 1993

Products aimed at beginner level DIY

In Oz sold exclusively at Bunnings who are a bit like Homebase

Complaints very few

Its likely these products are a heavily branded startup using Chinese low end manufacture. eg plastic guts

A bare bones drill for £75 from a relatively unknown source seems expensive for a DIY beginner.

Yes I'm being cynical but life teaches us all.
