Outlook 2010 problem

I've set up Outlook 2010 on a new computer and it is working fine.

However there is one annoyance that I can't seem to find the way to change. When new email arrives it appears in the list of emails in bold which is what I want. But as well as the subject etc being displayed it also shows the first couple of lines of the email below the title which then disappears when I select the email so that it appears as 'read'. So has anyone any idea how to disable this preview of the first bit of the email?
