Onetel email

Has anyone else been having problems with onetel over the last week or so? My email account with them seems to be completely inaccessible most of the time. I've tried using different browsers, different ISPs, but all to no avail. The infuriating thing is that <occasionally> it works, and you think it's there, then next time, nothing.
If I try to access the mail account, either it fails before I get the login page, or the login page appears to work, then produces just a blank.

Same here, it's been happening for about 4-5 days via Outlook. I haven't tried web mail yet.

Dear Dick,
Onetel seemed to be at its worst during Sunday.
By Monday everything was back to normal.
My promised date for broadband is 5th April - I'm anticipating a smooth transfer! If you never hear from me again you'll know that things went badly.
