old axminster extractor

Has anyone got or had one of the early axminster extractors
it is a "sealed" unit with the filter box above a large collection drum

looks identical to the MC105

I am just after a few basic instructions \ assistance
there is a thin pipe coming from air pressure gauge that goes into motor housing part that seems too short and not sure what route it should take
do i use normal plastic bags and trap them in the lid?

Have you talked to axminster? even if they don't list it for download, they can often still help with a pdf copy by email.

I guess the pressure gauge is not really important anyhow
so just a bag size is all i really need
