Is anybody involved in oil painting as a hobby?
I am trying to source a tiny quantity of a drying agent called COURTRAI SICCATIVE and am struggling to find it locally. I believe that it may be used by oil painters mixing their own paints.
Alternatively anybody that is involved with the commercial manufacture of gloss paint may have access to Manganese Napthenate which is what the above is to replace.
Can anybody assist?
