Odd question/request for a carpenter in Didcot/Oxford

I'm looking for some help with learning woodworking/carpentry as I'm my sons carer & looking to learn something to stop my brain from going to mush & so I can carry out some quality DIY at home so my question is are there any carpenters in the Didcot/Oxford area that would be interested in helping me out in exchange for a free labourer & tea boy.
