I saved one of these from a skip. Can anyone tell me what it is?

The plate on the side says:

Newing-Hall
Model G Machine
110:948

Airedale Works Hunslet.

0.166 hp motor

2800 rpm.

It looks like a single sided grinder but the wheel is some sort of plastic so thought it was maybe a linisher/polisher.

Will try and get a picture up tomorrow.

Thanks

Ok I found one on a machinery auction site and it is a single sided grinder/cutter. For what I have no idea it looks a bit specialised.

Anyone know of any places where I might be able to source spares from? There must be some places that sell in old machinery and might have one lying around?

Cheers
