Newbie from Cheshire

Hey all! I'm a 27 year old man from the North West who is extremely keen to get into woodworking in general. I've just put in the floor to my house and realised how much I loved working with my hands and how satisfying it is to have a finished product that I can look at and know I had a big part to play in.

I'm a complete newbie. My job has absolutely nothing to do with woodworking / construction. Looking to learn and willing to accept any and all pointers + constructive criticism.
