Will try and take some pictures but we appear to have our 'own' Peregrine Falcon that has been flying around us and landing in our paddock (and getting a kill) for the last couple of days.

Feel a bit privileged TBH.

Here's one the missus took

That's a pigeon Rog!

I found three lots of pigeon remains around my garden bench. I just don't seem to be able to catch the killer though! Camera primed and on the window cill, and me up at the crack of sparrow-f*art.

I know what you mean.

I'm in suburbia but once stood for an hour wtaching a bird of prey (think it was a red kite) catch and eat a sparrow in our back garden. Unfortunately, no picture, but an impressive sight - rather like that (non-performing) owl on Britains Got Talent last week!

A few weeks ago I was on my way towards birmingham on a dual carriageway surrounded both sides by fields and trees and a Bird of Prey of some sort went over our car right to left coming towards us, turns out it was a buzzard, and a good sized one too.
