It looks like a Ferm, but with a different table (no slot for a guide).
I had one for years: people put it down, but it served me well.
You can cut a straight line with just about any old saw, but if you're using a scrollsaw, practice, practice, practice....

There is also a Hegner on ebay at the moment, if anyone fancies. I have one and is is the best saw I have owned.
