A short while back I bought 6 lazy susan bearings from Axminster, yep you guessed right, and today I actually got around to finishing the turning of the top and bottom of the first one. I did a dry assemble to see how it all went together and when I spun the top it sounded like a rough tractor and felt very rough too! About 4.30 U.K. time this afternoon I gave the tech guys a call to ask about the problem. While I was talking I wandered out to my workshop to check the other 5. One more was rough. 5.20 U.K. time Igot an e-mail telling me that 2 bearings were dispatched to replace the faulty ones!
Now what better service can you find anywhere? Well done is all I can say alond with a big thank you Axminster Power Tools
