Mixer Taps Specifications.

Anyone have any idea how or where you can get the specification of Mixer Taps to know for sure if they are designed for mains pressure (combi systems) or the good old fashioned UK low pressure hot water systems other than paying a (high) premium from a local trade counter.

Having been caught out in the past with a 'continental' pattern tap unit that just dribbles hot water I've been trying to determine how to tell the difference with the hundreds of designs listed on various sites, all glossy brand names and competitive pricing quotes but no design details as to water system designed for.

They are all good quality taps and I fit them all the time. Not cheap, but you do get what you pay for!

Each Tap has a specification listed and you can choose which tap will suit your type of water supply, High or Low pressure!

Thank you, that has now triggered me to define my search criteria correctly to check brands and part no's.
Just wish the bulk product shifters would take as much care in their listings.
