Hi all,
I am currently researching for a open faced large cabinet a client has asked me to make. Specified material is 18mm birch ply with white melamine finish on both sides. I'm just wondering if the good people on here have ever sourced this before? I am familiar with ply with one melamine side for table tops etc... But double sided finish seems a bit unusual.
I spoke to local timber yard and they offered to fabricate for a fairly expensive price. I'm wondering whether to go for this or buy all component parts and do it myself. Although I have a feeling that could be a huge headache as all the parts for the cabinet are very large.
Any thoughts or ideas would be much appreciated.
Thanks.
