Makita router guide bush fitting

does anyone have any experience with fitting Makita guide bushes in the rp2301 (and presumably the 3612)? It’s a quick release with what looks like no scope for adjustment so how are you supposed to centre the guide? As much as I like Makita, I’d seriously doubt the guide snaps in and is perfectly centred, or am I wrong?
I’ve used other brands (trend, elu, dewalt) where the guide screws in and has plenty of lee way for adjustment.

I have the 3612 and the bushes just drop in after you pull the leaver, I have had no problems with them being out.
