I have recently bought a camcorder and am trying it out so I am not very good at it, I have made these short video's about how I make my small tables, they are only cheaply made with recycled timber and it's not quality woodwork but I have now made 8 of these and the recipients seem to like them, I have posted them in the scroll-sawing section as a Hegner scroll saw is used for part of the work.

5 video's showing how I make my small tables, it's not fine cabinet making but it does show how to make a useful little table quick and easily.

how to make up small wood panels from scrap timber for use in fretwork/scroll-saw work.

Looking really good dude! There's not enough people out there doing videos of furniture builds in my view, it's all cross cut sleds and jig builds!

Camera could have done with being a bit zoomed out in some places through ;)

Good for you Scrimper, it's smashing to see someone getting stuck in and actually making stuff instead of fretting about what chisel to buy.

The lucky recipients of these useful tables are your friends and family, and they'll treasure them for years to come. How great is that!

Hi Matt, just to say that the camera was on wide angle most of the time, probably it was a little to close to the work, it's only a cheap camera BTW. :)

Well i enjoyed the videos well done .And i have just been watching other videos on how to clean your sanding belts ect thank you

Sure - we do the best with the tools we have. Keep it up though, look forward to more vids :)

Very nice work indeed..

Just one thing I'd do differently, and that's not to 'slot' the side pieces for the full width,

Only need enough for the biscuit length, so start and finish between the ends (only needs an extra stop block on right side of the router table)

Or alternately a different router bit for a different joint that would negate the biscuit.... possibly, lol (sliding dovetail maybe)

A thoroughly enjoyable watch. You're a natural speaking to the camera, nice and light hearted.

Useful info in there. Thanks for taking the time.
