M42 bandsaw blade

I have just fitted my last Dragon Saws M42 blade to my bandsaw. Now that Dragon are no longer with us (most disappointing) does anyone have any recommendations for suppliers? I'm after a 112" 3tpi skip tooth blade.

Workshop Heaven still stock M42 blades as well. These now come from EPS in Taunton. Prices are still higher than what Dragon used to ask. Don't know how they compare to Trucut.

Try getting in touch with Dakin Flathers and asking for a local stockist, I've got a 3tpi M42 of theirs on at the minute, good blade and a lot cheaper than Axminster - well actually, Axminster don't do the size I need, ie 3.6m

I used Precise Saws in Birmingham who make them to order.

They may well do Rob, but I can get the ones I want from a local supplier who buy their stock from a local maker and the price is good too - if you can call 40 quid for a bandsaw blade good :wink:
