Lidl lighting

Just been to Lidl - an LED ceiling light with three adjustable spots (total 11.5W) , built in LED's (can't be replaced), 20,000hr life expectancy - £12. Cheap enough for a workshop or garage.

I have had it with LED bulbs in my garage. Two regular LED E27 screw bulbs, one IKEA and one Philips, have lasted only months with very little burn time in my IKEA angle poise lamp. Trying a £2 CFL and if that blows then the lamp will be replaced. I am blaming the cold but i am not sure it's not the lamp.

Does anyone know whether cold affects these (or any other) lamps?
