Managed to do 4 slate coasters for the BIL's 60th birthday,
Started to get laser things dialled in better now.
Edited several images to make up my own designs based around The Curse of Oak Island show.

Will cut 15mm softwood on high at a slow pass, but 15mm ply in one pass I doubt it, the glue in ply can be a bit hit and miss sometimes, any laser cuts through it ok, but if it hits a thick glue pocket anything can happen. 99% of 6 mm ply I cut on one setting is great, but there's always that 1% that just doesn't want to play ball.

But will cut 15mm ply using multi passes no problem.

Looks an impressive piece of kit if it can cut 15mm plywood in a single pass.

What software are you using to create the images?
Forgot to say, a combination of GIMP and INkscape to do initial manipulation, as I used a mixture of sources for the fairies, lettering done inside of Lightburn, as was the burn.

Another couple of sets, now with box holders too, and a one off heart shaped coaster.
All on the Creality Falcon 2 22w.
All are 100mm x 100mm coasters, with smoothed edges.
