Large storage shed - advice needed

In particular, is condensation more of a problem than in a wooden structure ? (It will never be heated).

I have a plastic single skinned 4m x 4.5m shed similar to that. My sister bought it new and couldn't stand it as it rained condensation, I've had it a number of years and have to be careful what I store as it's impossible to keep dry.
Not worth the money imo and very easy to break into if anyone was so inclined.
