Large Clock - need some hands

I've made a wall clock for home, it's 18" in diameter. However I'm struggling to find some hands that are approx 200mm long (minute hand). Anyone got anything like this but 200mm long?...

Also, will a normal quartz clock mechanism (like the one in the picture) be ok to use with such long hands? or do I need the whole lot?

you may well require a stronger movement too?
