I've stopped reading such threads, they only make me sad :cry: What makes it worse is that I've moved to Jersey and haven't even got a workshop now, and all my tools are in storage! Wish I lived in Canada, USA etc etc. :D
 
Shed conjures up images of small shiplap structures with a few pots and a lawnmower! That's a barn not a shed :shock:
 
A bit of a gloat, but I have visited at least 12 Australian sheds and they are usually full of machinery as well.

Yes but I bet they are only ever shut for nighttime lockup in those temperatures.

I hate cold but I don't know if I could cope with a metal workshop in that climate.
 
Yes you can fry an egg on a table saw sometimes.

In fact one forum member here who lives in Oz. doesnt go into his workshop from Novemember to March.
