We use them in the school on our JessEm table and think they are great but we are biased :lol: I will be demonstrating them tomorrow so someone who's visiting us may be able to give you their opinion afterwards or this video may help.

i have the table saw version and yes whilst expensive they are beautifully engineered and work a treat get them you wont regret it

How do the saw table guides fit to your fence? I can see this being a problem if you don't have a compatible wide top fence.

I have the incra ts fence for which there are special adaptor blocks made by jessem

Afraid I don't have anything as nice as that, so I need to look at the fittings somewhere to see if I can make it fit on my basic fence.

I was looking at both, but in the first instance its the Router table I am interested in, the fittings for which are simple enough into the T track

I've worked with a JessEm router table and it was pretty impressive. No, I don't own one, but if I was buying again today I'd probably go the JessEm route.

The stock guides work and work very well, but like every pressure device there are limitations. The operating range isn't all that great, so if you regularly machine thicker components these may not suit you. Plus you can't adjust how far from the fence the downward pressure is applied, so if you're machining rebates for example you may find they tend to flip the workpiece over on the outfeed side unless you go to all the faff of double stick taping a filler block to the outfeed fence.

Thanks custard, that's just the sort of insight I was looking for, I machine a lot of rebates (Picture frames) and usually do tape a filler block on the outfeed fence, so not unusual for me to do that, but will have to give some thought to the taller frame sections that I machine.

I hope you enjoy using them and look forward to hearing your thoughts on them. Some customers have also used them on on home made fences or adding them blocks to get over the issue Custard mentioned. We have also used them on our table saw when cutting some curved components to width whilst sat on a laminate former.

Hi Guys

Just wanted to give some positive insight into Peter Sefton and his work ethos, I recently bought a JessEm router table guide set from him and in conversation mentioned my problem Arthritic hands, Peter sent me a Micro Jig push block free of charge to see if it helped, (big plus 1) he also noted that I had a problem with an XX router extension, we discussed this to ensure that I was setting it up correctly, the conclusion was that it is faulty and Peter immediately issued a refund, now this is not so far out of the ordinary until you realise I bought this item over two years ago and Peter has honoured his commitment to this customer far beyond what I have come to expect (big plus 2) Obviously this is the standard of service you can expect from this honourable retailer.

Turning to the table saw guides, the track for these is 50mm wide and is therefore wider than my/most European fence's, what's needed is a 1/4" T track to take the supplied nuts and low profile bolts to bolt/screw onto my table saw fence, been looking around for this elusive 1/4" T track and don't seem to be able to find exactly what I need, anyone have a link to one?

I think standard Incra T Track should work (this is designed to accept 1/4"-20 hex bolts). I have both the clear cut TS stock guides and Incra T Track at home so I can check tonight for you.

I can confirm the four square nuts supplied with the guides fit Incra T Track. There is a page "Installing your stock guides to a router table or table saw with an up top 1/4" T-slot" which covers this. I presume this is what you meant? The track supplied as part of the kit is bigger than a standard 1/4" T slot track.

Not sure without checking but the INCRA - Build-It - T-Slot Panel Connectors might fit and is available in 18" or 24" long. One of the guys could measure it up tomorrow if you would like?
