Information needed please.......

Hi, im needing help, to put you in the picture ive been asked by my village community to make a santa sleigh for the switching on the lights and our choir and santa going out and about on christmas eve.
Building the sleigh is no problem what they want is for the toy sack to show the toys and presents shown, can anyone suggest what to do to keep the toys and presents dry and protected, i was thinking of using a resin, has anyone got ideas i could use,

I'm not really with you here, especially regarding the resin.
You want a sack that will let people see the toys and presents inside?
Large plastic bag?

If you are thinking of casting or coating the presents try Easy composites for advice, they are excellent and very helpful, I use them a lot for casting resins and coloring pigments, great products and service.
