Do you receive your email within firefox as web mail, like gmail? or are you using Thunderbird?

Most email clients don't display the images until you, either change the setting to allow it or click the button to display images within the email.

Web page images with firefox......

Tools > Options > Content > check the box 'load images automatically'

Hope thats a help :)

Thanks for that , I checked it and its already on ? but still no images

Alongside the "Load images automatically" is an "Exceptions" button. Click on that, wait a little while for the box to appear, then make sure that the site your e-mail comes from is not on the exceptions list. If it is, remove it. Worth a try. :)

Just an example

If I get a email from Rutlands tool co re there special offers , all I can see is boxes with red x in the corner
