How can I un-watch a thread?

If I get bored with a thread or it goes off on a tangent (if I've posted in it), can I drop it from my 'my posts'?

Go to your profile. In the box on the left, headed Options, there's a link called 'Manage Subscriptions', you'll have a list of your threads and you can unwatch them there.

I didn't know either and sometimes the thought of getting an email every time there is a new post can out you off chipping in.

Also .. In the email you receive alerting you of replies to said thread, there is a link (bottom one ?) that says 'unsubscribe to this thread'

OK Checked that and all my threads show subscribe topic, not unsubscribe ???

This is not relating to email, just for it not to keep popping up in my 'View your posts'

I think we are confused
'view your posts' will list all the threads that you have had any input into. I do not think it is possible to trim this list.
'unsubscribe' will only appear if you have 'subscribed'.
