help with part

Hi All

Any idea where I can acquire something like this with a 1 1/4 inch ,8 tpi male thread on it
needs to be fairly robust to mount a chuck so lamp fixings etc will not do
Short of asking someone to custom manufacture it - any ideas??

Loz it is simply to mount the chuck so it can be located securely in my DIY carving vice
