Some years ago, we had double glazing installed with a leaded lights effect to match the previous windows and others along the road. Ours were made with stuck on lead strips which, due to the sun, rain and passage of time, in some cases have started to peel away from the glass.

Can anyone advise me on the best way to refix the lead strips to the glass? Some sort of glue presumably.

Thanks in advance.

Just buy a new roll of lead strip :)

Alternatively, take the sealed units to a glass company and get the outer pane with the design on repaired and fitted into a triple glazed unit.

You can buy the lead with the adhesive already stuck to it .{it has a double sided sticky tape , you just peel the backing paper off before you apply it } Use a Stanley blade to remove the existing lead , clean the glass and apply the new lead . Use a little roller to press it firmly onto the glass. Hope this helps Bern .
