Definitely a suitable case for treatment - sharpened after too much vino?

This saw come from EbayUk, so, probably, too much beer or scotch. :p

Sadly it reminds me of my last dentist who left me with teeth like that but not so many.
At least you can start again.
All the best

Looks like the horizon of Mooordooorr..... I think you need to re cut - is that what the scored line is hinting at?

Good LORD! My grandma has come back from the grave!!!

And there was me worrying about sharpening my little Sorby!

Did you say anything to the seller! They are taking the micky there my friend!

I keep reading posts about how easy saw sharpening is, and to just give it a go.

Looks like some one gave this unfortunate saw several "goes"

BugBear (grateful for the amount of excellent saw sharpening information available today)

I suspect from the way those teeth have been chewed up, it's going to take a lot of work to make it half decent which may or may not produce a workable edge dependent upon your skill and how much time you really want to devote to it. If it were mine, I quite honestly wouldn't bother and I'd spend my time more profitably looking around for something that's at least usable. But then again, if you're into 'lost causes' and the 'journey' does it for you...crack on! - Rob
