Anyone here seen one of these? For cutting stack rings out of a disc. Need additional info if possible. Believe it was imported from UK.

Marrison System, ring cutting jig as sold by Craft Supplies of Miller's dale, Buxton (taken from my 2006 catalogue).

Have been searching for information on how to correctly use this jig. No luck. Any one out here have instructions or knows how to use it? With different thicknesses of wood? Guessing the 3 RHS slots are for alignment of some sort.

I believe that the slots are a parting tool guide to cut rings from a board to be glued to make a bowl. If you search for a "bowl from a board" you will see the gluing process although cut on a bandsaw
