Hi,
I have just had problems with a NVR switch, some (like mine) have two switches the on one (green) is normally open (it makes when you press it) and the off one (red) is normally closed (it is made until pressed) so the supply is fed through the off switch to the relay and when the on switch is pressed the relay pulls in and a pair of contacts hold the relay in, if you follow that, it confused me! and the contacts on the off one where dirty so nothing would work I poped the switch apart cleaned the contacts and off it went.
