GWW Subscriptions

Just thought I would tell you what I've just found. I dropped my GWW subscription earlier in the year due to lack of funds. A card came in saying last chance to resubscribe, my mother offered to renew it for me. So I went online to the address shown on the card.

To resubscribe it is £28.99, curiosity got me and I went to the home page

and to subscribe from there it was £24.96. Four quid isn't much in the grand scheme of things but it is better in my pocket than elsewhere. But I thought it was kinda funny that resubcribing was like incurring a four quid penalty for being loyal :?: :?: :?:

I have just had a reminder through the post. £24.96. I wonder if the mag has failed to update its site?

I just checked the card I got and it definitely says £28.99. I suppose its a feel good thing you decide you will have it at that price and then they offer it at a lower one.
The main thing is I suppose that I am subscribed to the mag. Roll on some juicy woodworking.
