Gripmaster - All purpose clamping system

I would be grateful for some help. I inherited this portable vice from my dad. As far as I can recall he bought it at the Model Engineering Show about 15 years ago but never used it.
It appears complete in the box but the instructions are missing. I remember that there was VHS video supplied with it but I have no idea where it might be. I can see how the basic vice clamps to the side of a bench top using the two clamps but there are several other parts the use of which I cannot yet fathom!
I made a Google search but found nothing helpful. Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

I also inherited the same from my Dad, I too do not have the instruction manual but I do have a copy of the video somewhere in the house...
