We went over to a tiny hamlet near to us to collect some wood. We also took a couple of 3 litre glass bottles as this guy is a wine producer 8) First the bottles were filled, one with rosé and one with red, both cinsaut grapes. 2 VERY nice wines. Not cheap though at 1.50€/litre 8) 9€ for 6 litres 8) 8)

After we had got the important bit we went to have a look at the wood. I finished up bringing home several bits of almond, about 8 to 10" diameter and some apricot. And the invite to any more as if I wanted it!! There are a couple of very interesting crutch joints in the almond too.

I didn't have the chance to photograph it yet. Too busy studying the wine

Unlike you to spend so much, the wood must have been extra good to make you splash out in celebration. Just send some up, its our wedding anniversary tomorrow. Also, we had a very good day at the plant fair today, paid for the entrance fee and ALL the work to the trailer to convert it for 'floral' use. If tomorrow is as good we will have a double celebration.

So a good day indeed :D

Over a long and 'active' life, one is allowed a few practice goes.

By now, we should have it down pat or at least a reasonable facsimile thereof :D

If you are as happy as we are you should be set for the rest of your time.
