Glue-up supports

I expect most of you have seen something like these before but it was a tip passed on to me by a friend. The supports consist of two pieces of MDF strips cut to about 75mm and one edge chamfered almost to a point, glued and screwd then some tape, duct tape used here, on the top edge to prevent sticking. These supports are very handy, it means your work is lifted off the bench and you can pass your clamps under the work without having to lift the whole thing, and we all know how difficult that can be on your own. Hope it is useful for somebody.
