Floating hosepipe

Evening all!

I wonder whether someone could give me a source of cheap floating pipe, preferably rigid that can be bent with heat, but if not, flexible but not corrugated. The thickness isn't crucial, anything between about 3/4" to 1 1/2" exterior diameter, and a light colour would be better than dark, though not too important either. I'd need something like 20 to 30 metres of it......basically I need to know what's available first and then decide how I want to do the project.

Mmm, that was the first thing I thought of, but I think it's always corrugated.
