Fitting storm sash hinges

Hi guys,

I'm making a couple of windows with storm sashes (top hung), can anyone point me to a drawing showing the fitting of the hinges?

Where does the knuckle go? Are they rebated as normal?

Some rebate some don't, it depends on the clearance required for the seals and the section. If it is chopped in it is usual for it to be done in the casement only.

The knuckle sits out over the top edge of the opener.
