I went to turn my Elektra Beckum 240v tablesaw on (I was using it earlier with no problems). The power briefly spun the blade for less than a second but then it just stopped. When I went to check the on/off switch the switch was still on. Switching it off resulted in a slight buzzing sound. Not sure what I should do (apart from buy a new one). Are the components common items and easily replaced? I have another NVR for my Trend router, could I replace the faulty one with this?

The wiring is shown in the attached picture and the label on the unit in case that helps with the diagnosis.
