I read the editor's note in this month's F&C and wondered if anyone was interested in looking into the possibility of having some shared workspace up here in the Yorkshire region?

I know shared workspaces seem to be more popular down south, but if there's some interest from people on here who would be willing to devote a little time to getting it off the ground, then it might be a consideration?

Otherwise I'll just do up my garage.

Hi Billw,

Im from Leeds too, Garforth - are you anywhere near? (Although I now live in Hull)

This is probably no good to you, but i'll put it out anyway.

I have a field in N Lincs that I would happily rent out for very little, in fact I would even consider renting if gratis just so there is someone there to keep an eye on it (travellers and what not). Trouble is you would need to first build a workshop :!: ...... and then as there is no power, you would need a generator :!:

Come to think of it there's not much going for it but you never know!!
