Has anybody ever made one of these style doors for external north facing?

I'm thinking of making one from 2x4 white American oak (available from a stockist close by) but could be persuaded to use something else.

I'm also thinking of using floating tenons and the panel technique that Norm used on his Entry Door episode.

I could do with a little advice on creating the moldings and raised panel in the bottom section. I've spotted these on wealdons that could possibly do the job:

They go to make up these possible profiles:

Any comments gratefully received :)

I think that you need to take a long hard look at the actual dimensions of the profile, size of the radii etc and then look at the size of those cutters. I could be wrong but I think the cutters are too small. To be honest, given the size of the moulding I think you may struggle to do this with available router cutters.
