excalibur scroll saw query

i have an old ex16 scroll saw and wonder if any other owners can answer my question

the lower arm has lateral movement pivoting slightly where black arrow points

is this normal?

suspect pin or bushes maybe worn , its a old machine i got at bargain price off E**Y

a trip to warrington maybe on cards to order replacements

Hi

It could be the bushes or the arm itself just have to disassemble and check if the hole is round and then check the bushes both internal on the bolt and external on the arm and replace as necessary sorry but that's it

Yeah checked the exploded parts diagram there is a bush and sleeve at that point
Will strip and check tomorrow
