An update from Bill himself which I am sure will be of interest to members of the forum

"Thank you for your kind words and concern I'm recovering well from further surgery and currently going through a basic plan on pain management of which am also coping well should be back butchering timber quite soon"

No doubt we all look forward to Bill's return to the lathe and forum.

Severed tendons are never a good thing to hear about, but glad Bill's on the mend. Physio is horrible, but necessary, so a return to turning might be some way off.
