Took a few days last week just to potter in the workshop (single garage end of the garden) for a few long over due projects, still lots more to do! Been looking at a few rental units as I need more space so if anyone in Bristol looking to share etc...
Zero insert and new Freud blade, crosscut sled, clamp rack and shelf, nvr switch and drawer to router table. All with left over from various projects so reasonably cheap.

Used the sled to knock out a newel cap (customers design/sketch) all done on the dewalt table saw less the chamfer on the base piece. I used the of1010 for that.

Still need to sand it yet and glue it.

Nice. I bought DW745 two months ago and thinking the same way - how to improve, make it easier, etc.
I am new at woodworking so still have to learn a lot.

I like your crosscut sled. This is my next small project and later hopefully a diy workstand on wheels for the DW745 together with a router table.
