:D just been to Yandels to get some oak for a mobile base \:D/

is there a thread on the forum that explains the different adbreavtions that are written on the wood a/d =air dried k/d = kiln dried but some of the others :?: this might sound thick but there you go :oops:

I don't think i've seen markings for air dried or kiln dried , do you mean on the ends of the timber ? if it is the ends these are shipping marks so everyone knows what saw mill it came from and where its going .
