Got an old dw 1150 and need to replace the blades however there are 3 bolts that are seized on the cutter block which I can't shift! The bolts are starting to round now as I have tried many times using lubricants etc but to no avail. Any tips?

Try a proper penetrating oil. Lubricants such as WD40 will not work in tricky situations.
Give it 12 hours. Try loosening, then try again with another overnight soak.
Or try application of heat from a blowtorch.
Make sure you are using correct sized tools and add leverage with extension bar/tube if necessary.
Try tightening to break the grip, then loosening.

I think heat might be the next move. Anyone know how easy it is to replace the bolts? Or does the full cutter block need taken out?
