Cloudy sanding sealer

Put a coat of sanding sealer on a table top ALS get for about an hour to dry before sanding. And it's all gone white and cloudy rather than clear and shiny and there are huge clumps of white chalk in the bottles, dose this mean its gone off ?

Yes, it sounds like it has got moisture in it, possibly got too cold.
