Had a go at cutting the name with my hegner this weekend , quite pleased with the results

the letters finished at a cm high so needed to concentrate ! need some better blades as I only got basic hegner blade in a no 1

first time I attempted anything like this so a bit of a learning curve

I sold two of my other style clocks on ebay this week sold all in all a good week

Well done, Mark.

As we all know, letters and numbers can be the most difficult shapes to cut, as everyone knows what they should look like, and the smallest error can be spotted, but a slight deviation in a random pattern or shape will not be so easily spotted by the general viewer, only by other eagle eyed scrollers. :wink:
