Hi,
I recently upgraded my lathe from an Axminster AW305WL to a Coronet Herald.
The Axminster has a 1" x 8TPI spindle and the Herald has a M33 x 3.5mm spindle.

I have a couple of Nova G3 chucks with inserts that fit the 1" x 8TPI spindle. I picked up a "Record Power Thread Adaptor M33 Female to 1" x 8 TPI Male" (part number CWA122) to be able to use my existing chucks with the new lathe.

This works but it sticks out a long way. I did buy a Nova Supernova2 chuck that direct threads onto the M33 x 3.5 spindle so the G3's will be used as backup chucks.

Looking at the G3 chuck, the insert threads into a M38 x 3.0mm recess. Record Power makes an insert for their SC4 chuck to fit the M33 x 3.5mm spindle - 62125 Thread Adaptor RH M33x3.5 ISO

Does anyone know the size and thread pitch for the Record Power insert?
Or, am I better off trying to find a machinist to make a couple of inserts?

Thanks,
Matt
