Chuck advice please

Hi , I have a Nova chuck and was wondering if the RSJBR will fit in it.
The description on ebay says "will fit supernova" chuck and patriot chuck.
I want bowl reversing jaws and was hoping these will fit.
Any advice please or is there another bowl reversing chuck that fits the nova.

Hi,

Nova and Sorby jaws are interchangeable, so the bowl reversing jaws should fit. Nova also makes them . You will probably find them on the Record Power website, then it is a case of comparing capacities and prices and deciding which is better for you.

I was a little confused that they were only compatable with the supernova and not plain nova,
Are the fittings the same in the supernova and nova chucks :?:
if they are the Robert sorby bowl reversing jaws will fit, they are £30 cheaper than record at the moment on a certain selling site.
if the fittings are the same then I will get some jaws.
can you or anyone confirm this for me please before I purchase

I will get the sorby reversing jaws.
I will want another chuck aswell,
I don't like the thought of changing jaws all the time .
God this woodturning is so addictive and so diverse and costly.
but I love it. :lol: :lol: :lol:
